VICTORIA is a C++ template class library I have developed over the last few years to support my research activities. It isn't especially flashy or fancy, but it gets the job done. There is still a lot to do. I am looking for a few students at Dowling who would like to sharpen their C++ to participate. If you contribute enough there may be an opportunity to publish a paper on my research activities that the VICTORIA library supports.
